I like MTG, but this is just political theater. Nancy won't bring it to the floor for a vote, and if she did, there isn't a damn dem going to vote for this in the dem controlled house.
She's creating a template for the red states to enact individually. It's a good start and possible on the state level - even county level - even though useless in Congress.

I guess I would like her to do what I would do in her position, burn the fucking place down and become a pariah. I think I would gather as much dirt as I could and then just start blasting it everywhere. I think I would mimic left wing tactics against the whole of congress, liberty and fortune be damned. Now, I know that is vague and bombastic but I could really sit down a figure out somethings that she could do but I mainly don't want to see her get caught in the same trap of political theater. She already has no future with the majority of the House, they are going to use every tool against her, she should use that as an opportunity to do as much damage as possible.

There really isn’t a whole lot just one representative can do. All they can do is try their best to spread/push their agenda.
