This is being pushed in state legislatures where it actually passed in Missouri. I see this more as a way to get SAPA publicity. Everyone needs to see how they can get this passed in their own state. We don't need this passed at the federal level. We need all the states to refuse to comply with an unconstitutional federal government. Use the states to revoke Biden's authority and make his administration a living hell for the democrats.
It's use of state power as a form of "soft secession". It's a smart move and every red state needs to start throwing down hard. I bet the Keystone XL pipeline could be continued if each of the connecting states just said fuck you Xiden.
State's passing this law does nothing. Its like the blue states refusing to cooperate with federal agents on immigration. The federal agents still enforce the law in those states, they just don't get state backup or intelligence.
What we need are states to start decriminalizing killing or assaulting federal agents executing unlawful gun control actions within that state. The guy in the Gulag Archipelago said it best. If the jackboots of the tyrannical government have to fear for their lives every time they go to enforce an unjust law, there will be far fewer jackboots.

I'm hoping the states will get a little taste of the kind of power they used to wield and keep pushing for more sovereignty.
1000% agreed! But state power, not governor power. It's gotta be the people of the state flexing their power.
Exactly. It must be the people, not the executive
