It's not QUITE as easy as I make it seem, but my point was more that the guvment can't possibly find a way to tax email addresses because there are an infinite amount on any given server once a mail server has been installed. You can DuckDuckGo how this is done. Basically you set up your computer or an old computer to just act as a front-facing server for your "website" that can just be a blank page, but on the backend you have a mail server. You could create email addresses for all your friends @ whatever you want.

Scaling this en masse gets complicated but for just yourself and some friends this is an excellent completely private way to conduct email. Your email server would need to run 24/7 btw.
