If this was some how won through the courts, and states were flipped or other thrown out as the votes were demonstrated to fraudulent despite being certified, there might be pressure for Biden and Harris to step down, as the whole ticket is fraudulent. Presidency would likely pass to Pelosi then, unless by the time this changes the house has flipped and she is no longer speaker.
