If small businesses think that people are just going to flock back in before the pandemic they might have a different thing coming. Amazon has seized those customers and people have changed their dining habits and reversing some of the ways we go about doing things will take months.

Depends where you live. We started eating out again. It says mask but nobody enforces it. Haven't worn it in 7 months. Basically optional. If nobody enforces it then the law is worthless. Police need to just look away. Once they do that we are in the clear and who is going to enforce the police to enforce it? That would be nobody.
