Is it possible the motive here is not stopping MAGA 2024, but perhaps we start winning legal cases around the country putting the election in doubt. If so and they convict, the argument becomes “doesn’t matter he was found guilty and therefore cannot run for political office”

If the election is questioned by the courts and found to have been fraudulent their guilty verdict would be nullified.
