The Family Security Act would provide a monthly cash benefit for families, amounting to $350 a month for each young child, and $250 a month for each school-aged child.”

Would that be a monthly check or a big ass check when families file their taxes?

It's been a long time since I've had to pay for day care. 25 years ago that amount would have covered it. Can anyone tell me what proportion of child care expenses this would cover nowadays?
