You forget that ca and ny have the largest illegal alien voting popations in the nation. CA has like 80% mail in voting and a large percent of that is fraud. They might still be a majority, but it isn't overwhelming. If you look at the Dominion voting scandal the claim is Biden has 16 to 20 million fraud votes. Most of those are being logged in NY and CA.
That still doesn't explain my last point. You'd think those fleeing CA are the more conservative voters because their votes don't count and their state is going off the deep end with liberal bullshit, but they aren't. They are a solid blue voting block that move to places like Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona and turn them more and more blue.
