Um, have you ever heard of In-Q-Tel?
It’s a private equity fund that’s run by the CIA. This isn’t some conspiracy, it’s well known. They have a page on Wikipedia that’s 1/5000th true.
You won’t find most of these names on there, but at one point they were and most were under different names. I’ve seen docs so I know most of our earliest SM companies were funded this way in terms of investment dollars.
