can be partially recovered using tools only our intelligence agencies have or know about. But good luck getting them to cooperate. The Dems are pretty dumb, though, I doubt they took the time to be that thorough, at least in ONE machine in this country where fraud happened.

Considering the fact that they use windows, I'm pretty sure any 'wiping' consisted of putting it all in the recycle bin and then clicking empty recycle bin, which means nothing was deleted at all.

Thats why they don't want anyone to touch the machines.

Depends on how sophisticated they were. You can do NSA level wipes with off the shelf software. You just have to have it on there and know how to do it.
