I want to say this must be fake news. There is no way ACLU would condemn this.

The ACLU is actually pretty good at defending the 4th amendment. They suck at defending everything else by choice because they’re against all our other civil liberties.

They may not involve "intrusive search of a person"

...but getting a password or pin to the phone is. Do not comply.

I know they are allowed to make sure electronics turn on, to make sure its not just a gutted phone/laptop stuffed full of coke.

But fuck that im on board with spreading it. Fire with fire.

Did we say "at" US Borders? We meant "within".

I read somewhere else that international airports are included in this as they are also points of entry. So most of the country is within 100 of a border.

I hope the border patrol agents like watching donkey shows because I'm sure they will see a lot of that stuff soon.

This is good. The illegals coming in have their privacy invaded. Great.

Take a closer look at the text of the law and regulations. "Border" is defined to mean anyplace within 100 miles of a national boundary line or point of entry (i.e. any airport that receives international arrivals).

That covers like 90-95% of US population. Houston counts in that, for example. This allows warrantless searches of pretty much everyone.

lol you think this is to stop illegals which they don't think are illegal and are about to give citizenship?
