Teachers unions are always the worst. They always do everything in their power to shut down the schools they teach in while demanding more and more of everything. And when something goes even slightly wrong for them they shut down schools for weeks with strikes. Here in Canada it’a a yearly tradition. Teachers strike claiming they aren’t paid enough, the government gives them everything they want, they go home. Next year they’re back at it. Happens every time regardless of party in charge or actual government actions taken.
