Oh and no fucking surprise a judge signed off on allowing someones home to be violated so the cops could have an easier job.

I do recognize (and even accept) the idea that the second amendment is protecting a pre-existing right to keep and bear arms, and that it does not protect ownership or use of nuclear weaponry, chemicals such as sarin gas, or large explosives. From historical context, it is obvious that it does protect cannons, fully automatic firearms, and any weapons that can be carried and used by a single person, for a lawful self defense.
