I'd add GCA and Hughes Amendment to that list. There has been a long line of infringements over the last century. But it certainly started with the NFA.
My roommate's girlfriend is in law school, and I sometimes listen to her constitutional law lecturer. All he talks about are the many loopholes to the bill of rights and why the 1st amendment is really flawed. She eats it up and wants a government agency to decide the truth.
*They have violated the 2nd amendment completely, I don't think I need to argue this.
*They have garissoned our homes through technology. Instead of troops guarding us we are guarded by devices.
*Have you seen our court system lately?
Only got drawn once for it and it was someone suing the company I worked for at the time so I was immediately disqualified from serving, lmao. I was so excited too π
Article 3 is truly the only one that hasn't been touched and you could argue they may not be physically in our homes, but it's worse. They go with you everywhere! Whether it's your phone in your pocket or satellites or what have you..
even the most obscure amendment, the 3rd, was violated when a sheriff/cop seized the use of someone's house because their house was in a convenient place for surveillance on a suspect across the street. Oh and no fucking surprise a judge signed off on allowing someones home to be violated so the cops could have an easier job.
Article 3 GONE - With the Patriots Act, they dont need a soldier physically stationed in your house anymore. Like you said, any ABC agency can track you digitally in seconds or use billion dollar drone/satellite technology to peek in your window.
The Second Amendment has been fucked by a variety of things. NFA, 1968 gun control act, and the automatic weapons ban of 1986. That's not even touching on red flag laws.
The 3rd hasn't exactly gone untucked. We may not be quartering soldiers in our homes, but we sure as shit have the NSA in our pockets, living rooms, bedrooms, offices. According to Patraeus, soon in our toasters and ovens.
This is impossible to read. Not saying I disagree with what you posted (because I don't know if I agree/disagree as it's illegible), just that it's seriously, completely illegible.
You appear to have missed that you don't have standing to petition the government for redress of grievances in the first, that "shall not be infringed" is no longer part of the second, and that Kyle Rittenhouse was hit with 2 million dollars of bail for obvious self defense, in the 8th.
I do recognize (and even accept) the idea that the second amendment is protecting a pre-existing right to keep and bear arms, and that it does not protect ownership or use of nuclear weaponry, chemicals such as sarin gas, or large explosives. From historical context, it is obvious that it does protect cannons, fully automatic firearms, and any weapons that can be carried and used by a single person, for a lawful self defense.
The bill of rights mentions our rights and restricts government from infringing them. We still have our rights no matter how much the government tries to infringe them and take the rights away.
If you get this many replies suggesting that you change the font and make it easier to read then don't get defensive, just either make the suggested changes or don't but to get pissy with everyone is not necessary imo.
Missed a spot. The NFA fucked the Second Amendment.
Every time I show up to say something, y'all fuckers beat me to it.
We have the best keyboard warriors.
Change your drawers and lose 150 pounds. You'll show up faster. (Suggestion based on username)
According to the old lady I'm already too fast...
I really like your name...
I need to start paying more attention to names. There are some pretty good ones on here.
Lmao
This is the kind of username I like to see.
fr ππ
Well, you win the username battle at least. ππ
I'd add GCA and Hughes Amendment to that list. There has been a long line of infringements over the last century. But it certainly started with the NFA.
All gun laws are infringements
one thousand percentage points correct
Taxation is the root of all government evil.
The NFA is administered as a tax that they conditionally let you pay.

We need a convention of the States to set things right. A Second Republic.
Can't even read that red font. You couldn't find a better one? JFC..
Here's the one that was on the front page not to long ago
https://i.imgur.com/6JfMVCa.jpg
Much better. Thank you!
At least we don't have to house troops tho
Sure, if they kill us first.
Technically, the US has been in a state of war since basically WW2. I wouldn't hold your breath on that one lasting too much longer.
That person is doing it right. You definitely want white bolded text if using a red or black background. I'll rate that an A+++++
I was having trouble reading that font too. You weren't the only one.
*They have violated the 2nd amendment completely, I don't think I need to argue this. *They have garissoned our homes through technology. Instead of troops guarding us we are guarded by devices. *Have you seen our court system lately?
Alexa, add ammo to the shopping list
What court system? Hadn't realized that shit even existed anymore.
Been skipping jury duty?
Only got drawn once for it and it was someone suing the company I worked for at the time so I was immediately disqualified from serving, lmao. I was so excited too π
Article 2 GONE - National Firearms Act
Article 7 GONE - Civil Asset Forfeiture
Article 3 is truly the only one that hasn't been touched and you could argue they may not be physically in our homes, but it's worse. They go with you everywhere! Whether it's your phone in your pocket or satellites or what have you..

I dunno man. Shortly after Jan 6 they had soldiers sleeping in the house. ;)

I dunno man. Jan21 they had soldiers sleeping in the house and I didnβt consent. ;)
Can you repost with more readable red font?
Unfortunate side effect of being on the same side as the boomers.
Unreadable
Article 2.... done. NFA / AWB etc.
And article 3 .... Jan 21... soldiers sleeping in the house.
The Second Amendment has been fucked by a variety of things. NFA, 1968 gun control act, and the automatic weapons ban of 1986. That's not even touching on red flag laws.
Donβt forget how thereβs over 10,000 gun laws on the books. Shall not be infringed
The 3rd hasn't exactly gone untucked. We may not be quartering soldiers in our homes, but we sure as shit have the NSA in our pockets, living rooms, bedrooms, offices. According to Patraeus, soon in our toasters and ovens.
Only if you buy these things
This is impossible to read. Not saying I disagree with what you posted (because I don't know if I agree/disagree as it's illegible), just that it's seriously, completely illegible.
I can't read this text. Please use a border around the text.
Lol nothing on the 2nd amendment? Like the one protected right that has been eroded since the 1800's?
There are too many laws to name that have damaged the 2nd Amendment.
Give it time, I'm sure the left will dream up some pretext for destroying the comparatively obscure 3rd Amendment.
I cannot read this shit!
FFS can't read the damn text. Fix this shit
Might as well redact "shall not be infringed."
This is unreadable.
I like it but FUCK! that font and color make it unbearable to read!
could whoever made this have used a shittier font and color on top?
Great stuff, but almost completely illegible
You appear to have missed that you don't have standing to petition the government for redress of grievances in the first, that "shall not be infringed" is no longer part of the second, and that Kyle Rittenhouse was hit with 2 million dollars of bail for obvious self defense, in the 8th.

White text with a black outline. Don't deviate from this, don't get cute.
I always laugh at the 5th amendment. Take the fif with the IRS and see how it works.
between the font and the bright red color, I can't really read much of this.
I can't read it.
Soon we wont have a constitution
Too late....
The "elite" were ashamed of our constitution on the world stage, and the power mongers found it inconvenient.
You missed the fucking NFA...
Heh, yeah sure but at least I donβt have to quarter soldiers in my home during times of peace.
GIBS ME DAT SHARPIE MARKER TO CROSS EVERYTHING OUT!!!
How much longer are we going to put up with this shit? Personally, I am sick and tired of it.
https://patriots.win/p/12hRLZf1uP/remember-this-friends-when-loadi/c/
This is depressing yet true. God I wish we had the ability to end this shit
https://youtube.com/watch?v=hWiBt-pqp0E
People too busy watching football and jerking off to protect this country. Tragic.
The bill of rights mentions our rights and restricts government from infringing them. We still have our rights no matter how much the government tries to infringe them and take the rights away.
REDACTED!
And most of these under Republican presidents
Also Excessive bail should not be required.
I can barely read the words.
If you get this many replies suggesting that you change the font and make it easier to read then don't get defensive, just either make the suggested changes or don't but to get pissy with everyone is not necessary imo.
I don't care who you voted for, I can tell you are a piece of shit.
Just look at this guy's comment history, it is literally this comment copy pasted every time someone disagrees with him.
This OP is mentally unstable and should not be representative of our movement.
