You appear to have missed that you don't have standing to petition the government for redress of grievances in the first, that "shall not be infringed" is no longer part of the second, and that Kyle Rittenhouse was hit with 2 million dollars of bail for obvious self defense, in the 8th.

I do recognize (and even accept) the idea that the second amendment is protecting a pre-existing right to keep and bear arms, and that it does not protect ownership or use of nuclear weaponry, chemicals such as sarin gas, or large explosives. From historical context, it is obvious that it does protect cannons, fully automatic firearms, and any weapons that can be carried and used by a single person, for a lawful self defense.
