even the most obscure amendment, the 3rd, was violated when a sheriff/cop seized the use of someone's house because their house was in a convenient place for surveillance on a suspect across the street. Oh and no fucking surprise a judge signed off on allowing someones home to be violated so the cops could have an easier job.
