They aren't deleting all comments. I'm not sure what parameter they are using, but this is a services company. We have just as much a right to review based on their behavior as all the people that 1 star reviewed Hunter's Laptop repair guy. They ruined his business, and while I understand, we will have no impact on this company's reputation in the entertainment industry. They have heard your voice today. Well done.

It’s a huge B2B company that doesn’t have anything to do with consumers. It’s like putting bad reviews on PWCs or Ingram Micros local Google page
