You're the idiot. Separating from the blue city states like NYC, LA etc...that is addition by subtraction. We'd be much stronger vs internal and external threats. We can't do a lot when we have internal traitors ready to stab us in the back at any time. We need to rid ourselves of trashy americans one way or the other...
