Pretty sure that's an extremely reasonable request of the court. These prosecutors are insane, the judge seems to be doing things fairly, at least. I mean he's on bail pending murder charges being accused of a mass shooting, nothing has been determined by due process yet. They need to know where he is lol.
All I'm saying is look at from the judges POV for a second. Anyways, it's am absolutely travesty that hes even charged. These prosecutors need to be held accountable once he's found innocent and a victim of malicious prosecution.
Not only him, his whole family. Read an article a while back (was it GWP?) can't recall where. Interview with his mother iirc, his mother and siblings have lost their jobs and also received death threats. His whole family isn't safe and he hasn't even been convicted of anything. The activism from these left nut jobs needs to stop, I only see this situation getting a lot worse if measures like this aren't taken seriously.
