I've lived in FL 18 years and I haven't seen a house stay on the market for more than 5 days since early 2020. If it's under 300k? It will be gone in less than 24 hours.
I can only speak of the area I know, but as far as central florida? Out west is one of the last bastions of 300k and less homes that are nice. Clermont, Minneola, etc. They are all based AF out there too.
