I can only speak of the area I know, but as far as central florida? Out west is one of the last bastions of 300k and less homes that are nice. Clermont, Minneola, etc. They are all based AF out there too.
I’m Tampa bay region. Shit homes with less than 900sqft are going for 250k-275k and not lasting more than two days . Fuck these fucks coming to my state
On my street I have about 4 people that are CA residents. Both work for Google and IBM. To them buying a 500-700k house and commuting to CA is still cheaper than living there. Those are the people that are driving the housing prices into the stratosphere.
