Today I was working out in the gym and a security guard came in telling me to put on a mask or leave. I told him I don't need to wear one because of my medical condition then showed him the mayor's and governor's orders that say I'm exempt. He left and returned a few minutes later with another guard who watched me workout for 10 minutes or so. He tried talking to me but I had on headphones so I couldn't hear him. One guard took my picture on his cell phone then the other guard said the gym is now closed (it was around noon. The gym normally closes at 8pm). I asked why it was closed and they referred me to the assistant manager. I went downstairs to speak to the assistant manager to find out why the gym was closed. He said it was because I wasn't wearing a mask. I asked when it will reopen. He said something like "I don't know. If you put on a mask I'll reopen it." He also made some rude comment implying I don't care about my health if I'm using the gym. He then decided to make up his own house rule stating my doctor's documentation is required in order to not wear a mask. He was extremely rude and arrogant, fined me $100, and called the police, but I left before the police arrived. Nowhere in the house rule or any law, mandate, or order does it state that I need to give out personal medical information to people who have no authority to see such information. I'm not sure who hired this new assistant manager but he's a total fucking asshole.

I'd like to but I just signed a 30 year mortgage. I'm currently trying to find a lawyer to see what can be done about this discrimination. This incident was like the fifth time security harassed me about wearing a mask.

So there's a local radio show here that does a lawyer segment. Over the years I've heard her say time and again that HOA rules stick 95% of the time. Even if they are dumbass rules. You signed the contract, you live by the rules.

It blows dick like KamelToe on old Joe, but based on my non-lawyerly knowledge and hearsay, you are most likely fucked and will have to pay the fine.

The best advice for any of you tards out there is to NOT EVER, and I do mean EVER join a fucking HOA.
