She’s discussing suing with an attorney because the warning says says don’t put in eyes or mouth but does not mention hair...my guess is this may have been done intentionally to create a viral video. Perhaps she even thought she could sue...I find it hard to believe someone is this dumb that they would do this by accident.
I think you’d have to be pretty dumb to do this for social media attention too...but yes, it’s possible she’s just that dumb and had no intent or motive.
