She isn't directing these words for us. She is signaling to the election "fortification", globalists, and Republican establishment. This is her veiled appology for compliance with what they hate so much...An agenda for America and American workers. I will admit, I thought she was okay but then stepped down as Ambassador to go work for Boeing??? She made connections there and plans on building upon them. I don't trust her.
