How about the fathers that left and didn't care to deal with their children. Better yet, the ones that cheat and lie and break the relationship. I came from a single parent home and I can say the fathers are more likely to ruin the relationship/marriage.
Do you think in ghetto communities that the men are not walking away? I have been to family courts and watch many men, not give an ounce of care for their children. There are women that do this too, but for most of the many cases I have witnessed it was the men.
I gave her child support for years and even gave her a checkbook, because I work a lot and didn't want my kids to go without. She then told child support office that I wasn't paying. Started dating a black guy and my kids are leftys. I still see them every weekend and they hate their mom
When the kids grow into their own, they look back and realize who was actually there for them. It usually backfires on the person trying to control them. My nephew hates going to his mother's. He knows his father cares for him more.
Eh, nawwww....A system that provides financial incentives for a woman to have kids while not married OR to leave a relationship in order go gain income. While that same system is also incentivized to maximize money taken from the dad (Title IV federal funding). Then sprinkle in a culture that not only accepts but glorifies/praises such people THEN you get what ruined us.

They stepped off the head of household duty and became feminine. Women had no choice but to step up. Men and women are both to blame
My wife cheated on me, lied, called the cops , and took my kids.
I am not saying women are innocent, but in my family and friends families they are more likely to walk away from their children.
