I was born poor. Went to college, got out during a recession. Couldn't find a job in my field. I worked temp jobs until someone gave me a chance in a similar field way under market value. I worked there to get experience went back to school at night to finish up a second degree in the field I was working. Then continued to get better jobs. By the time I was 32 I was married had a house and 2 kids. It can be done if you are willing to take opportunities you think are beneath you to get to achieve a goal.
