You do realize it is better for the execution to not take place if the pastor isn't present? The constitution's rights matter including freedom of religion. Even a criminal is to have a representative of their faith at the hour of death.

You think that wouldn't spread to other contexts for christians?

Don't be so quick to have someone die in contrast to protecting access to religion.

Huh??? Thousands of Christian's die every day all over the world without their pastors present. What does this have to do with religion? It's a stalling tactic.

The vast majority of people do not know the time and place of their death and die without their pastors present. This makes no sense.
