"Republican Josh Hawley is ignoring the trial reading stuff that has nothing to do with the impeachment... even sitting with his legs up on the seat in front of him. If this gets you kicked out of Biology class, why doesn't it get him kicked out of the Senate?"

This makes me laugh. Good job, Hawley!

Oh for fucks sake. Shut up, finish school, and open your trap when you have some real world experience. (Not you op, person you're quoting.)

Looks like another potentially cute woman who was brainwashed to reject femininity and womanhood.

Maga_Gator 19 points ago +19 / -0

is it really writing an article when all you do as write a paragraph and add a bunch of tweet images?

Skogin 8 points ago +8 / -0

No.

Jimmyprawns 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's the new norm. I've had co-workers in thier mid 30's who seemed to think they were still just interns. Responsibility wise that is With regard to title, pay and treatment, they seemed to think they owned the place.

Proving anyone can write an "article" just like any one can write an essay. You just write shit.

westrock2000 5 points ago +5 / -0

Very clever putting “person”....to avoid the impossible work of deciding to put he or her 🤔

Jimmyprawns 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's very complicated business.

Why don't the Senators who don't know that this Impeachment is silly and unconstitutional get kicked out for being morons?

16
ShitOfPeace 16 points ago +16 / -0

Honestly they swore to uphold the Constitution, and now they're holding an "impeachment trial" without the fucking chief justice.

It says directly.in the Constitution that the chief justice "shall preside" over the impeachment of the president.

They absolutely should be removed for violating their oath of office.

High school classes and the US Congress are the EXACT SAME THING! Just like the Capitol Mosh Pit on 1/6 is THE EXACT SAME THING as 9/11!

Srsly, pick a random US high school and they'd probably do a better job than the Congress we have right now.

Even has the Cliques too. Ahem...Cacasus

Same reason barry putting his big fat feet on the Resolution desk for 8 years didn't get him kicked out of the White House.

Imagine if the prerequisite for being a journalist was experience in the field you're reporting on. Across the board, not just politics.

3
Jimmyprawns 3 points ago +3 / -0

Same for teachers. A degree in speaking down to kids while reading from a text book they don't understand should not count for what it counts for.

3
POTUS_DonnieJ 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yup. I’ve been saying for ever that teaching should come from life experience. Teachers should be retired engineers, retired lawyers, retired doctors, retired scientists, retired craftsmen, retired tradespeople, etc. A 25 year old girl with a teaching degree knows nothing about the world and can’t possibly teach kids a single thing.

I was so damn enraged by Hawley's behavior I sent him another $100 contribution.

24
Taupkek 24 points ago +24 / -0

A sternly worded contribution, I hope!

8
ManicJackBauer 8 points ago +8 / -0

I hope that you told him why you sent money, make sure he knows.

6
bratt 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm sure Hawley was working for his constituency instead of wasting his time. Good for him and good for you supporting him.

Respect my authoritah!

3
somethingnew 3 points ago +4 / -1

This is exactly why the author is pissed off. Their authority is being disrespected. Real life version of Cartman.

3
consumptiveballerina 3 points ago +3 / -0

They HAVE no authority. But that's none of my business.

17
GlacialSpeed 17 points ago +17 / -0

He's giving the precedings the amount of respect they deserve.

1
Jimmyprawns 1 point ago +1 / -0

A very respectful show of disrespect. I approve.
