Don't know, but if it's like any other poll, they ran it on 200-500 people by random dialing, so you actually only have a little over 100 people stating they support Biden and they claim it's 10's of millions of people, and the poll was done 10 times, with 9 being disposed of by the admins of the poll, only keeping the most favorable one to use for publishing. Then the results "weighted" in a way which they do not disclose
