Lately, many businesses in the small towns near me (I live in the sticks) have stopped worrying whether or not you wear a mask. Many of them don't bother anymore.
They used to worry, but then a couple of Karens took video and snitched on them to the state. They did the "we're sorry BS, the state went away, and now it's all good: The aforementioned Karens are now banned from nearly all of these stores, for life, with explicit instructions that they will be charged with trespassing if they so much as show up in the parking lot.
This is how it has to happen. If a Karen snitches, you kick them out of the store, and full-on trespass the bitch. The mask thing will eventually go away, this I can assure you... but those Karens are fucked for life, and they'll remember it for the rest of their lives, every time they have to drive 50+ miles one-way just to get groceries.
