Imho it makes black people look retarded, like they need a special cartoon ad to get them to take the vaxx , and of course , because they can't help themselves they have to imply that the virus is racist, or that white people are trying to keep them from getting the vaxx but it's cool cuz black cartoon doctors say its safe.
