The defense lawyers have so far shown the Democrats (and even the House managers) using the same "incendiary rhetoric" ("fight," "punch 'em," "make them pay," etc), and are making good, sound arguments on the constitutional protections on Trump's speech, as well as that the Democrats have perverted the constitutional methods in order to prosecute Trump.
