Judges are fearing for their lives. Sometimes you convict the mob, sometimes you let the mob go. When your own life is on the line you let the libs get their way, and refuse to hear the case on a technicality--and so live for another day. These people are evil.
why so hung up on semantics? He did lose in court because the result is the same. say instead "the entire judiciary in the US is corrupt, like a banana republic." there's nothing more to it than that. you could get any judge in the US to suck a cock for a surprisingly small amount of money.

Technically, he did lose. They never actually heard any of the evidence. It was dismissed at the summary judgement stage on procedural grounds.
I heard another source say it best. "In the USA, there is no process to contest a stolen Presidential election. The courts basically defer to the local election officials, because that's all they can do in the 2-4 weeks they have to make a decision."
So yeah, if you can get all the local election officials on board with your corruption, you can steal any election you want.
