Uh, I live in Texas and I don't wear a mask anywhere...nobody says anything.
If they do, just tell them you are exempt.
If they say anything else just ask them if they are refusing you service due to medical exemption. If so ask for a manager and bring up HIPPA.
If you don't want to do all that, just leave when they bring up the mask and no longer shop there (there are SO MANY OPTIONS for ANY item you need, and plenty of businesses won't say a word about no mask).
I was asked to leave chipotle once. I walked right out the front door, ordered the food on their app, then walked in and grabbed it without a mask on lol. Fuck them.
