I live in Utah and whereas we never had lockdown and other extremes, we do have mittens (romney) so there’s that. We have a mask mandate, but especially in the St George area, I’m seeing fewer people wearing them, but most people are still. I also envy Montana, Florida, Iowa, South Dakota...who am I missing that has a sensible governor.
