I'm so fed up with it. All of it. The gender neutral shit, the diversity initiatives, the never ended conversation about white men being bad for business... Plus it feels like they're running rampant with all this now that Biden is in.
My problem is that I don't know how to transfer my skill sets into any other viable way to make money outside this world? How do you deal with it?
My wife is having the same problem . She did graphic design n just left Norwegian cruise because of this crap.. it's rampant there. Luckily she did so right before the China virus so she probly woulda been out of a job anyways.. best thing to do is work on trying to figure something else out.. don't put it off as it will eventually come for you. Keep your head down as long as possible while you figure your way out. . She decided to get her real estate license. She's gonna try n make as much as possible as quick as possible while we are plotting our exit to a more remote town
