I think the timeline argument is a little weak because livestreams are a thing, and it's not like there weren't people near the Capitol listening to Trump's speech that way. That doesn't change the fact that Trump's words weren't incitement, or that it was mostly a false flag planned by Antifa, or that they were let in, or..
