So we all know that the Dems know that they didn't have much ground to stand on to impeach Trump. However, the reason they pushed with the farce was because the Supreme Court hears the cases come Feb. 19 I think for MI, WI and GA. If the Supreme Court rules on the cases that those races were indeed fraud, that they should overturn results or throw out the votes that were identified as fraudulent, then it would make Trump the "winner" (even though we already know he is) and decree that the Biden administration must relinquish the power.
This is why they are fortifying the capital, this is why they are keeping the national guard still, this is why they are trying to push for the impeachment to try and block this from happening if the Supreme Court makes that ruling.
It does feel like that doesn't it?
If SCOTUS indeed ruled that states results were fraudulent or not legal or certifiable or whatever... just, wow. It would certainly open the door to the other states to keep pushing. If in the end it whittled away to Biden having less than 270 after all, as we all know already, another just WOW. Can you imagine? It would be like the biggest movie plot twist of all time.

If this is true then I suspect that Pence cut a deal with the deep state to help remove Trump which would make Pence president.
If the supreme court is in on it (and I think they are) they will rule however they need to in order to make sure Trump doesnt get in. If Trump wins in the senate then the SC will rule in favor of Biden. If Trump loses, the SC will rule in favor of Trump and Pence will take office since Trump cant hold office
