One of my biggest criticisms of the vaccine is the inconsistent messaging. They would only guarantee it doesn't get the individual sick while simultaneously say we need almost everyone to get it to accomplish herd immunity. The latter implies that it has some kind of preventative mechanism in reducing replication, but they never outright said it. Health officials could only plainly assert the findings of the studies: that it reduced illness severity - which is exactly what we have in this case. By bringing these examples up, they'll just say that it shows that it works because the only 4 people so far who even tested positive either didn't have symptoms or mild ones.
Keep in mind that this PCR test is garbage in the first place. It can test positive long after an individual even has infectious viral loads / active virus.

Where did you get that information? In the Moderna vaccine trial of over 30K people there were only 196 symptomatic cases recorded, and of those only 30 had severe symptoms.
95% effectiveness isn't 100%, for a virus that is over 99% non-fatal. And those of us who have had the Coof are essentially 100% AOK/immune/The Herd. More at risk from Democrats.

I was referring generally, even without the vaccine. Even Fauci reluctantly admitted this.
