who cares about the Washington state code? If you inject dead virus and it creates an immune response thats a vaccine. If you isolate the spike protein and inject it and that creates an immune response thats a vaccine. If you inject mRNA so that our body produces the spike protein and that creates an immune response thats also a vaccine.

sorry the Washington state code is out dated. Thats like saying money is only money if it is backed by gold or a plane is only a plane if it has a propellor. Technology advances regardless of the Washington state code

My point is they've moved the goalposts in order to both rush this out the door and to shield themselves from liability. They are touting this as a vaccine when it's a declared gene therapy by THAT definition. Why would they do that? We know why.

If anything that creates an immune response can be considered a vaccine then holy shit, walking around fits the bill and I want my Gates-mandated Life Passport signed right now.

I'll give you immunogen.
