As fun as this sounds, it ends up being symbolic more than anything. Who decides if it's constitutional? Why, the deep state controlled legislatures and courts, of course.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think sheriffs as elected officials and upholders of law in the executive branch swear an oath to uphold the constitution, so they can decide what is considered constitutional until proven otherwise by courts, but idk.
