Yes, I agree. I live in the country, well it's becoming more city like everyday. The people that have lived here forever, before the newcomers, are always very kind and generous, no matter what color they are. It's definitely a cultural thing.

But like DrCowboyPresident said, urban black culture is terrible. Urban culture is in general not great, but because of the privileged status blacks have been given by the democrats, they have been turned into welfare kings and morality has been totally destroyed the black community.
There are people of every color that have adopted the black urban culture and they are just as bad.
