Man's loyalties by priority.

  1. religion.
  2. family.
  3. community.
  4. state.

I could pontificate about how the state has been attacking each and every facet of these.

Consider, instead:

  1. Self.

  2. Family.

  3. Religion (like-minded fellowship beyond the family).

  4. Community.

  5. State.

I suggest this because it's the 'Natural Order' of one's priorities; and, because it runs contrary to the left's longstanding obsession with creating the 'New Soviet Man', who is propagandized to consider the self (or 'self-interest') as something inherently evil to be suppressed.

They worked to invert the psyche of their 'New Soviet Man' to place the interests of anonymous 'others' (normally at the periphery of one's existence) first, and his own welfare and interests last.

In other words, leftists wanted to undo 5 million years'-worth of human evolution in order to build a gray, selfless, and anonymous drone whose engineered altruism would have him work tirelessly in service to the state, without a moment's consideration for himself and his own welfare. --Like modern-day serfdom, but better!, because he would feel virtuous in his enslavement since he'd be doing it for a good cause.

Central to Klaus Schwab's "Great Reset" movement is the rescussitation of plans to build the latest New Soviet Man 2.0.

The problem with religion being #3 is how do you explain honor killings? Christians disowning gay children, etc?

The content of each religion's philosophy is not relevant here.

I'm speaking about the concentric circles of social affiliation, beginning with one's self at the center of his identity and primacy of importance. From there, he's next concerned with his family; then his religious community; then the wider community (his town or city); and then, finally, his state.

The left wants to invert this natural order so as to create a completely selfless worker drone who has no sense of his own wants, hopes, or ambitions. He would live completely in the service of nameless, faceless "others". We see evidence of the left's fixation on "otherism" right now with the mask mandate. One of their inducements is: "do it for others".
