Because if it's just one person who tries they'll just get Rittenhoused Mk.2'd and most people would denounce them as "extremists". It has to be a fairly large and organized effort but it can't be too big or else you'll get a in-fed-ction.

People that denounced the capitol occupation as "antifa-led terrorism" were helping democrats by encouraging meekness and inaction.
