I’m not a troll. But I am 33 years old & disabled living with my mom & she has some guardianship over me. She keeps thinking she can influence me to take the vaccine when my mind is already made up to not take it. She is republican but is buying into the covid stuff on the news. I know it’s full of crap but I need someone’s opinion on what I can do or what I should do. Not making this up. I have tried telling her about the vaccine but she thinks I’m lying and I know anyone who takes it will die or have complications. I hope no one makes fun of me. I keep dreaming that when I have surgery next week that they will inject me with the vaccine when I’m under or do it when I’m asleep at home.

I agree. If you are of sound mind and 33 years old, no power of attorney or anything is in place.
well she talks like she can but I trust if it comes to it she can’t do anything - my dad died a few years ago and she’s been making poor decisions
Um, yes that's exactly what guardianship means. And you have no reason to believe that OP is "of sound mind".
I guess I didn't know my definitions. I find it hard to believe that a 33 year old that communicates as she does cannot play a role in decision making. But you are right, I don't know the situation.
