what other comnentors have said about premiums is 100%, paying 7-8 dollars over spot is redonk -
I get physical through TexMetal, very good dealer, just wait if you can for this pop to pass and premiums to ease back. If they don't, there will be a reckoning sooner than later and paper silver will be exposed as a heavily manipulated market
Increase premiums is just a dislocation in the price between physical and paper manipulated price. If a 1oz generic round has a 6.00 premium it's because the price of real silver is much higher than the paper derivatives market will reflect. The truth would probably be reflected on if bullion dealers will pay over spot for the silver instead of the usual at or slightly below spot.
I'm buying from a local online auction, and a pawn shop, Maybe 1$ oz premium, he pays spot. I'm also diversified- I'm stocked up on other metals such as lead, brass, quality steel finished in glossy bluing. Making a mint on the latter of late. Not really selling much of the brass stuff since Xiden says he wants to tax it 50% Trying to stack enough for a decade at the range.
First time for me, buying silver a few weeks ago. Both orders are like 4-6 weeks out..... I may have to find a place local to buy?

Local is good. Check your pawn shops.
Local auctions, too. I've seen a few estate auctions lately with a lot of silver coins. Sell prices are still stupid.

Do not buy with your Credit Card. But gold/silver with cash locally.
I shall do this with future purchases!
Found a local spot, tiny hole in the wall. Stocked full.
