Check out the wallstreetsilver sub - spun off of WSB after the anti-silver propaganda. Lots of good info. Short story is that silver has been manipulated for a long time, and the big SLV fund is allegedly “paper” in that they have nowhere near as much physical as they claim - just selling shares to drive/keep silver prices down artificially. A growing movement is trying to call their bluff. PSLV is one of the legit funds that backs every share with real silver.
