You guys should try it. At first I thought it would be bad for me but I've gained more respect just always saying the truth no matter how offensive it is. If someone challenges you, get in their face and be prepared for a fight. They always back off and people see your conviction and they respect it.

The CEO sent out an email about January 6th. I replied asking about his views on the year of riots, the looting, the executions, and the hundreds of police who were injured (some permanently)
2 days later my supervisors were calling me opinionated and no more CEO emails about politics. Pretty sure it was because of my email.
It's not gaslighting, their lies are based in exactly what the worst of us want to hear. The hypocrisy is by design. "It's ok for you to hate, you're a victim, now use your haltered to service my our agenda.
There is a calculated method to all of their wokeness. It's circular, the masters and slaves feed into each other, and both perceive themselves to be benefiting, and in the short term they are... just like in communism.
We always talk about the deep state in government, but there is another deep state. CEO's and other high ranking individuals in all manner of industries who no longer have to compete.
The woke agenda has destroyed the notion of competition. Our society and industry has become stagnant, seeking only representation and false virtue. The ultra powerful have injected all manner of individuals into their power hierarchy to prey upon and no longer worry about being usurped by a more competent start up, or a harder working competitor.
