Why are we "conservatives", or why have we "swallowed the red pill"? It's because we see reality, not fantasy. Authoritarian leftist big government does not work, particularly over time. The reality is that we have 200,000,000,000,000 in debt / long term liability, and the Laffer Curve prevents increasing revenue through taxation. Printing money to juice the stock market and the housing market creates bubbles. A super majority of the population is either employed by, funded by, or survives on, the government. The left likes to throw around the word "sustainable", well, so do I.

We will live in interesting times.

Yep, and I dont think that will all happen. Market crash, sure. Bailout, yep, everything strait to electronic credits under the name of dollar. Dont have to print it anymore.

China does this with social credit score. They pay for EVERYTHING by scanning a QRcode. They have QRs hanging next to bat wing poppers at the wet market, cellphone up, snap, paid.

The government holds all the money. The citizens are granted permission to buy things by how orderly they act. It's a single payer economy.
