I was thinking that too... I suppose it depends on how much the idiot used? If she really saturated it, then that hair could be a solid block. Maybe if it grew out for a little while? But I also wouldn't be surprised if the glue blocked/killed the hair follicles... I dunno man, stupid is as stupid does.
