With Biden's EO, Trump needs to start his own pharmaceutical company, selling insulin and related medicine and equipment at near cost. Saving Americans thousands of dollars a year, possibly tens of thousands. This is a no brainer, if he has the funds, get it done. Would appreciate this being stickied, just to get this message out there, cheers.

It is estimated that close to 2/3rds of Americans are pre-diabetic. That includes children, and the percentage goes up continuously. Type 2 diabetes is entirely diet driven, and reversible. Instead of capitalizing on it, Put that effort into ending it.
But for type 1, of course insulin should be more affordable.
Ending it how? Research? He can invest in that as well. It's not like he can ban Coke...How would you put effort into ending it? The fact of the matter is, the media has convinced people that if he cured cancer, they would still hate him. I beg to differ... We're talking about ALOT of people here who will directly benefit from this action, and their families. Why do people vote for a candidate? Because they say, if you vote for me, I will do this and that, this is no different. You can call it capitalizing on the issue all you want, but the people who he will be saving thousands of dollars a year, at minimum, I don't think will give a shit, and shouldn't, the fact is, his policies are better any way.

Let me put it another way, if Trump wants this large voting base, this is what he needs to do. How much money do these people spend on advertising for their campaigns? And by the way, he can't outspend them, leftists own that space, but he can invest in initiatives that improve the lives of Americans. No amount of advertising or propaganda would convince the people who he saves thousands of dollars a year, that he's Hitler. I do agree with your magic wand point, but my only goal here, is to increase his voting base, not that he has some sort of responsibility to do this. Do you understand the difference?

Americans are so unhealthy. Our diet is shit. Our food supply is toxic. The amount of sugar we ingest daily causes a multitude of illnesses. The government food pyramid is upside down.
Get healthy pedes, look into primal lifestyle or paleo.
